Objective of the Role:

The Planning and Execution Manager will be responsible for overseeing the project planning and execution of the TVSM’s Public and Home charging infrastructure network. This position entails comprehensive oversight of the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and site surveys to installation, commissioning, and handover solutions to the operations team while optimizing project timelines, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring the quality standards are met throughout the implementation process.


The role will require robust understanding of project execution, capability of coordinating with multiple vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery while proactively approach managing risks and problem-solving, ensuring seamless integration and operation of EV charging infrastructure across various locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for the rollout of TVSM charging solutions including home charging solutions and public charging stations, adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
  2. Coordinates with respective vendor for all activities required for installation -From SOP creation to site survey, BOQ preparation & material procurement to installation, commissioning & quality inspection to HOTO with operations team
  3. Manage the efficient delivery of products (logistics) to site locations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Oversee the smooth handover of completed charging stations to the operations team.
  5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with EB liaisoning partners to facilitate power connections at site locations.
  6. Define, communicate, and deliver on daily, weekly, and monthly targets and requirements in alignment with business objectives.
  7. Collaborate with the Engineering Department to address technical challenges during the installation process.
  8. Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate them to the Business Head.


Skills Required:

  1. Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the EV charging industry and its ecosystem.
  3. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.


Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering. MBA is good to have
  2. PMP is mandatory.
  3. Experience in working with EV liaisoning partners and managing EV connections.
  4. 10+ years of experience in project planning and execution, preferably within the charging infrastructure, Telecom or any related industry
