What we are looking for in an educator

  • 3+ years teaching experience in an international curriculum(IB/Cambridge preferred).
  • Background in Mathematics/Science with knowledge of diverse domains to enable transdisciplinary learning.
  • Professional training in delivering international education.
  • Passion for child-centred learning and inclusivity.
  • Creativity, reflectiveness, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Understand and respect each learner's uniqueness.
  • Deliver inquiry-led modules with adaptive pedagogies.
  • Design Individualised Development Plans.
  • Partner with families and colleagues.
  • Build an inclusive, nurturing classroom enabling authentic learning.
  • Align lesson plans and learning with SASE's Educational Philosophy.
