1 Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues 
2 Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors 
3 Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action 
4 Builds productive internal/external working relationships
5 Forcecom features and capabilities 
6 Experience with working in agile methodology and scrum 
7 Ability to guide internal customers throughout all aspects of the software development life cycle, including agile practices, from writing user stories and acceptance criteria to coordinating end to end and user acceptance testing 
8 Understanding of basic information technology concepts like database, security, networking, integrations, programming and cloud computing concepts
