Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. This role demands a strategic and proactive professional with strong capabilities in revenue generation, team building, and process optimization, especially in startup environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Build, guide, and mentor a self-driven team aligned with the company's vision and goals.
- Provide continuous guidance and support to team members to foster skill development and professional growth.
- Identify hiring needs and execute effective recruitment strategies that align with company dynamics.
Strategic Sales Execution:
- Regularly assess and improve systems and strategies to optimize revenue with a long-term perspective.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and approaches to maximize efficiency and time management.
- Ensure alignment of sales strategies with organizational objectives to drive consistent growth.
Process and System Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate and refine existing processes to minimize potential errors and enhance efficiency.
- Leverage CRM tools and other technologies to track team performance and deliver constructive feedback.
- Establish clear workflows and reporting structures to ensure accurate performance tracking and accountability.
Performance Management:
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of individuals and the team.
- Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to ensure timely achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a sales management role, with mandatory experience in a startup environment.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop scalable sales processes in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms for performance tracking and optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
