We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing ERP projects, with a specific focus on Workday implementation and integration. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping the Product Team drive the delivery of our ERP solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.Responsibilities : Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, including resourcing, design, unit testing, building review, deployment, and knowledge transfer. Translate client requirements into comprehensive deliverables and roadmaps for implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into feature specifications. Identify technical constraints, dependencies, and potential risks, proactively addressing them to ensure successful execution. Manage the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to our quality standards. Manage processes around quality assurance for our deliverables. Create and maintain of product documentation, including implementation guides, and process documentation. Ensure documentation is accurate, well-organized, and easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences. Facilitate thorough testing and validation of our solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and adhere to best practices. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to help derive potential solutions to deliver to clients. Identify gaps in our development lifecycle and propose improvements to ensure success.Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Technical Writing. 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, or Business Administration, preferably working with ERP projects, with a focus on Workday. Understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and integration concepts. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to work in ambiguous environments and create structure and process where there are gaps. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and devise creative solutions.
