Assistant Product Manager

Abhi Loan is a dynamic and innovative Financial Service/loan company dedicated to Loan Against Shares, Promoter Funding, and Mid and Small Cap funding (Unapproved). We are seeking a motivated and talented Assistant Manager - Product to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and lead the development process from concept to launch.

- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Use this information to drive product strategy.

- Product Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of product strategies to achieve business goals and objectives. This includes setting clear product goals and KPIs.

- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including product planning, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.

- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, engineering, and customer support, to ensure product success and alignment with company objectives.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality standards and customer expectations by defining and monitoring quality assurance processes.

- Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback and use it to drive product improvements and enhancements.

- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on product performance, analyzing key metrics and making data-driven recommendations.

- LMS-Product (Business Loan)

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent preferred.

- 3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Should have a working knowledge of SQL and Python

- Proven track record of successful product development and launch.
