Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Frontend Web Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for turning UI/UX designs into functional, responsive, and high-performance websites. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design detail, a deep understanding of web technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert Figma or similar design mockups into fully functional, responsive websites.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Implement interactive elements, animations, and transitions as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for a smooth user experience.

Key Technical Skills Required

Core Web Technologies

  • HTML5, CSS3, and Modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Responsive design using Flexbox, Grid, and fluid typography
  • Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design

Frameworks & Libraries

  • One or more frontend frameworks: React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular
  • Styling tools: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS/SASS
  • Animation tools: GSAP, Framer Motion, or CSS-based animations

Design Integration

  • Proficient in Figma (spacing, typography, color schemes, and component interpretation)
  • Familiarity with Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus

Additional Skills

  • Git and version control workflows (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
  • Writing SEO-friendly HTML structure
  • Basic understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards)
  • Integrating APIs or backend data
  • Familiarity with performance optimization (lazy loading, image compression, code splitting)

Required Experience

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in frontend/web development
  • A portfolio or live project links demonstrating responsive and interactive websites is mandatory
