We are a startup founded just few months ago, we help companies increase their sales by offering marketing & sales consultancy services to pharma & FMCG companies.


Role Summary:

The Associate in the Strategy Division at Strategy Power Group is a dynamic role that involves contributing to the company's growth by providing expert marketing and sales strategies. The Associate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that align with the company's vision and customer-centric approach.


Key Deliverables for Client:

1. Strategic Development: Develop and implement tailored strategies to enhance sales and profits, particularly within the pharmaceutical and FMCG markets.

2. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.

3. Training and Support: Provide training support to sharpen the team's skills and ensure effective strategy execution.

4. Sales Acceleration: Prepare and execute plans to accelerate sales and achieve targeted business growth.

5. New Business Initiatives: Assist in launching new business ventures and achieving initial sales targets.

6. Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-obsessed approach to ensure the company's interests align with client satisfaction.

7. Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality service and measurable results that uphold the company's standards of performance.

8. Resource Optimization: Optimize resource utilization to deliver services that are cost-effective and efficient.

9. Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback to improve services and foster continuous improvement.

10. People Management: Embrace the 'PSP' philosophy—People, Service, Profit—to ensure top performance from all team members.


Qualifications:

- 1-2 years experience in PMT with B.Pharm, An MBA is not a must.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.


Reporting Line: The Associate will report to the CEO.
