JOB DESCRIPTION


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team, specialising in clean room projects. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of clean room facilities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.



ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Project Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of clean room projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

2. Site Supervision: Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

3. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and cleanliness of clean room facilities, including regular inspections and adherence to industry regulations.

4. Supplier and Contractor Management: Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to procure materials and equipment required for clean room construction, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.

5. Problem-solving: Identify and resolve any technical or logistical challenges that may arise during the construction process, collaborating with project teams to find effective solutions.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence, to track project progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

7. Client Communication: Interface with clients to provide updates on project milestones, address any concerns or issues, and ensure overall client satisfaction.

8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and achieve project objectives effectively.


SKILLS:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in clean room construction or similar projects, with a minimum of 10-15 years in a site engineering role.

- Strong knowledge of clean room design principles, construction methodologies, and industry regulations (e.g., ISO standards).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance and problem-solving.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
