KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends related to cold room equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding cold room equipment, including product specifications, features, and applications.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and value propositions of the company's cold room equipment.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that customer requirements are met and that solutions are tailored to meet specific needs.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries, leads, and quotations in a timely manner, tracking progress and updating internal systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in cold room equipment.
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company's products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales department.
