We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Manager with experience in the Automotive domain to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the linchpin between engineering, product management, and manufacturing, driving projects that lead to cutting-edge automotive solutions. Your expertise will guide teams through the intricacies of product development, from conception to production, ensuring that all projects align with our strategic goals while meeting the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing timelines and budgets, facilitating communication across various departments, and using your technical knowledge to mitigate risks and troubleshoot issues that arise during the development process. Success in this position requires not only strong leadership and communication skills but also a deep understanding of automotive technologies and practices. - Lead and manage technical projects within the automotive domain from initiation to closure.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.


- Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.


- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.


- Coordinate and facilitate regular team meetings and project updates with stakeholders.


- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.


- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with automotive regulations throughout the project :


- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.


- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the automotive industry.


- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).


- Strong understanding of automotive systems, technologies, and industry standards.


- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving project success.


- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.


- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
