At MaimsD Technology, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our technology initiatives. This role will involve overseeing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • - Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • - Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to meet defined quality standards.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • - Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams.
  • - Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.
  • - Collaborate with technical experts to address complex technical challenges.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • - Manage expectations and build relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, executives, and team members.
  • - Effectively communicate project status, progress, and outcomes.
  • Risk Management:
  • - Identify and assess project risks.
  • - Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
  • - Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Management:
  • - Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • - Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
  • - Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications:

  • - Strong technical background in Linux operating systems, virtualization (VMware), and networking protocols.
  • - Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • - Certification in RHCSA or RHCE is a plus.
  • - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • - Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • - In-depth knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
  • - Experience with VMware vSphere and virtualization technologies.
  • - Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP).
  • - Familiarity with hardware platforms (EMC VNX, Unity Storage, HP blade servers, Brocade SAN switches, VC flex, HP switches).
