  • 9-16 Work experience in IT / ITES Industry with good understanding in BCM, Infra Services & Resilience domain.
  • Having experience on BCM Life cycle BIA, RA and Testing implementation & Governance.
  • Having experience in Risk Management related program implementation in multiple domains (Infrastructure services, BFSI, Healthcare will be preference), Should have sound knowledge of IT disaster recovery program.
  • Exposure on Technical domain and have understanding on Infrastructure services Disaster recovery mechanism Automation Tools exposure for Recovery mechanism will be added advantage.
  • Good understanding and exposure to business operations in IT Application Support and Maintenance, Infrastructure, Business Services like AD, DNS, DHCP, Telecom, Networks.
  • Be a self-starter with good interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple teams from the enabling functions across locations.
  • Prior experience in Business Continuity Management with industry recognized certification (Certified Lead Auditor or Implementer in ISO 27001, ISO 22301) would be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience leading Crisis Management and response at a functional / location / site level.
