Avenir 3D is a leading 3D animation and rendering studio specializing in real estate visualization, architectural walkthroughs and immersive experiences. We’re seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team, streamline operations and help drive our next phase of growth.About the jobAVENIR is seeking a skilled Video Editor with a Minimum 4 years of experience in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, video shoots, and Video Shoots/Cinematography, Direction.. The primary role is to create visually compelling video content that aligns with our brand vision and objectives, producing high-quality videos for various platforms to engage and inspire our audience.Ideal Profile- 2–5 years of experience in video editing and post-production management (agency or production house background preferred). - Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and related tools. - Knowledge of sound design, color grading, AI tools, VFX, and motion graphics. - Proven ability to manage post-production teams and multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong storytelling, pacing, and creative sense. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.Benefits- Career growth & learning opportunities - Team-building & fun work culture - Performance bonuses as per company policy-Skills Required:- 4+ years of video editing experience. - Proficient with Adobe Suite - After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop. - Strong conceptual thinking, video editing, Storytelling and design skills. - Expertise in animation and motion graphics. - Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Social Media, UGC and creative video ideas. - Familiarity with computerized video editing applications and procedures. - Proficiency in UGC Content Creation. - Expertise in Instagram and YouTube Metrics and Algorithms.Good to Have’s:- Familiarity with VFX is a Plus. - Experience with Figma and Illustrator for design elements. - Experience with 3D Modelling & Animation and animation is a plus.-BudgetOur budget for this job is in between Rs 3,00,000 to Rs 6,00,000 per annumHow to ApplyPlease send your resume and brief cover letter to info@avenir3d.org with the subject line “Executive Assistant – Avenir 3D.” We look forward to learning how your skills can contribute to our team
