As we continue to expand on Amazon, we are looking for a skilled Amazon Account Specialist to oversee our Amazon ads, listings, and overall account performance.


Role Overview:

The Amazon Account Specialist will play a crucial role in driving our Amazon presence, optimizing ad campaigns, managing listings, and ensuring compliance. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can handle the complexities of Amazon's platform and maximize our brand's visibility and sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Development & Strategy:


Create and implement strategic ad campaigns across Amazon, including Sponsored Product Ads, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads (for brand-registered products).

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and manage negative keywords to optimize ad performance.

Adjust bids and manage both automatic and manual campaigns for maximum ROI.

Promotions & Deals Management:


  • Oversee promotion strategies, including Coupons and Lightning Deals, to enhance visibility and conversions.


Recommend Subscribe & Save options based on product sales trends.

Product Listing & Compliance Management:


  • Ensure all product listings are optimized and compliant with Amazon’s policies.

Resolve day-to-day issues such as suppressed listings, blocked listings, and compliance requirements to maintain a seamless customer experience.


Inventory & FBA Management:


  • Monitor initial inventory stockout and backend performance.

Provide FBA recommendations to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.

Data Analytics & Reporting:


  • Track monthly sales and analyze Amazon performance metrics.

Deliver monthly reports on sales performance, keyword ranking, and advertising spend.

Conduct quarterly product, pricing, competitor, and campaign analyses to inform future strategies.

Customer Engagement & Product Review Management:


Evaluate product reviews to gain insights into customer satisfaction and address concerns as needed.


Qualifications:


  1. Proven experience in Amazon account management, advertising, and listing optimization.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Amazon analytics and reports.
  3. Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with sponsored product ads, sponsored brands, and sponsored display ads.
  4. Experience in keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in handling compliance issues and listing errors.
  6. Attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
