As a Performance Marketing specialist you will own all Paid Marketing channels and will work with the agency to deploy, monitor and strategies ad serving on these channels.

Develop state-of-the-art digital marketing strategies for demand generation and customerengagement across all platforms with a focus on lead quality and volumePlanning digital marketing budgets across all geographies and channelsEfficiently deploying budgets by interfacing with the agency for optimal outputsPartnering with internal and external creative agencies to conceptualize and implement thecommunication on all touchpointsDrive efficiency with a thorough understanding of measurement tools, attribution models, andmarketing funnelWork closely with product and marketing teams to plan and execute 360 degree campaignsResearch, assess and implement best and emerging industry practicesRun experiments with clear success/failure metrics

External Skills And Expertise

Graduate or similarShould have a relevant industry experience of 3-5 yearsExpert understanding of all digital marketing channels - Facebook, Instagram, Google, Affiliates, Programmatic, Taboola, etc.Working experience in advanced excelDeep understanding of analytics tools, insight generation and attribution models best aligned with the channel strategyStrong understanding of A/B testing, audience targeting, bidding strategies on facebook google platformsAbility to understand business objectives and break them down into targets achievable through digital marketingAbility to think through the user journeys and optimize communication on all touchpointsExcellent analytical skills and in-depth knowledge in Digital MarketingStrong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with minimum supervision.Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Should have a proven expertise in handling B2C marketing with a recognised brand (preferably in the tech/startup domain) and should be currently handling a monthly budget of 1cr or above.Should be currently in a role where he/she manages an internal execution team or an agency.Should have a previous hands on experience on Facebook Google marketing tools
