- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project/program management with a proven track record of successful delivery.

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing a direct team of marketing professionals.

- Significant hands-on experience with the digital marketing ecosystem (customer data, analytics, content creation, A/B testing).

- Strong understanding of how data management and analytics can personalize marketing campaigns.

- Experience leading project management using Agile/Scrum methodologies and relevant platforms (e. g. , JIRA).

- Excellent communication and change management skills to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Marketing (highly preferred).

- Prior experience leading product development in digital marketing operations or personalization.

- Experience executing and managing US pharmaceutical digital marketing operations (a plus).
