Role Description

• Oversee daily operations of our eCommerce platforms, including website maintenance, product listings, and inventory management.
• Create and execute eCommerce strategies to drive online traffic, increase conversions, and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and manage online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
• Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing user-friendly features, optimizing product descriptions, and improving overall site functionality.
• Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and developers to ensure alignment of eCommerce strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
