Description : Role : Oracle HCM Functional TesterJob Summary : We are seeking a highly specialized Oracle HCM Functional Tester with 3+ years of experience to ensure the quality and business readiness of our Oracle HCM platform. The focus of this role is on validating Oracle HCM functionalities, business processes, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) exposure, rather than core automation development. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to Oracle HCM modules, configurations, and customizations, and will play a critical role in the system implementation and support lifecycle within an Agile environment.Primary Responsibility & Core Functions : Functional Testing and UAT/SIT Leadership : - Lead and execute all phases of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing) cycles for Oracle HCM implementations and enhancements (minimum 3+ years experience).- Design and develop detailed, end-to-end functional test cases and test scripts based on complex business requirements and specifications.- Drive the UAT process, working directly with end-users and stakeholders to ensure new functionalities meet their operational needs and expected business outcomes.Oracle HCM Functional Expertise : - Demonstrate strong exposure to Oracle HCM modules, their configuration settings, and complex customizations.- Possess an in-depth understanding of Oracle HCM functionalities across key areas (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits).- Translate technical requirements and system designs into executable test plans that validate functional completeness and accuracy.Business Process Validation : - Focus on validating complex Business processes within the Oracle HCM system, ensuring processes flow correctly across integrated modules.- Identify, document, and track functional defects, deviations, and configuration issues, working closely with functional consultants and development teams for rapid resolution.Agile Collaboration and Compliance : - Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum experience environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and review meetings.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies, process documentation, and functional coverage.Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Have) : Experience : 3+ years of professional experience in functional testing, specifically within the Oracle HCM domain.Core Skills : Mandatory 3+ years of Oracle HCM UAT/SIT testing experience.Functional Knowledge : Strong exposure to Oracle HCM modules, configurations, and customizations.Methodology : Proven Agile/Scrum experience within a project environment.Focus : Deep understanding of Oracle HCM functionalities and complex Business process validation.Preferred Skills : - Strong ability to define and document test scenarios from complex functional specifications.- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).- Excellent communication skills for managing UAT stakeholders and driving consensus on defect resolution.
