Job Description Exp - 4-12 yrs Location : PAN India Job Summary As a Functional Lead you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Redwood) including Talent Management Payroll Global HR Compensation Absence Management and Benefits. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality driving efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes. Your expertise will contribute to the enhancement of our HR systems supporting the companys strategic goals Responsibilities - Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM modules to enhance HR processes and systems (Redwood). - Oversee the integration of Talent Management Payroll Global HR Compensation Absence Management and Benefits modules to ensure seamless functionality. - Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud HCM best practices to improve system efficiency and user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR systems with organizational goals and objectives. - Analyze and resolve complex issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM modules to maintain system integrity and performance. - Develop and deliver training sessions for HR staff to maximize the use of Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities. - Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve overall HR operations. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. - Support the development of HR analytics and reporting capabilities to provide insights for decision-making. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and HR stakeholders to ensure project success. - Participate in the evaluation and selection of new HR technologies and tools to support business needs. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Cloud HCM modules to ensure continuous improvement. - Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience through improved HR systems and processes. Qualifications - Possess strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Talent Management Payroll Global HR Compensation Absence Management and Benefits. - Demonstrate experience in Financial Risk Management and Governance Risk & Compliance is a plus. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex HR system issues. - Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. - Have a proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and optimizations. - Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications Required Oracle Cloud HCM Certification is required. Additional certifications in Financial Risk Management are a plus.
