Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Cloud Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in AWS, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IAC), as well as a passion for driving innovation and excellence in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. As a part of our team, you will play a key role in building, deploying, and managing scalable cloud environments while collaborating across teams to ensure seamless integrations and high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities :

Cloud Infrastructure Management : Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructures using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and VPC.

DevOps Automation : Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, automating workflows, and improving deployment efficiency across cloud environments.

Infrastructure as Code (IAC) : Utilize Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and ensure consistent environments.

Kubernetes Management : Orchestrate and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.

Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting : Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in cloud-based environments, especially under high pressure.

Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams (Development, Operations, QA) to deliver efficient, reliable, and scalable cloud solutions.

Mentorship & Team Leadership : Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering growth and promoting a continuous learning culture within the team.

Ownership & Accountability : Take full ownership of project deliverables and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for optimization, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes.

Requirements :

Experience : Proven experience in DevOps and Cloud Engineering with hands-on experience in AWS cloud technologies.

Kubernetes : Strong working knowledge of container orchestration using Kubernetes for managing microservices and containerized applications.

IAC Tools : Expertise in Infrastructure as Code practices and tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

CI/CD Pipelines : Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

Problem-Solving : Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and resolve technical issues under pressure.

Collaboration : Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Mentorship : Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.

Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Cloud Certifications : AWS Certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or similar) are a plus.

Agile Experience : Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

Scripting Languages : Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Bash.

Monitoring & Logging : Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.

Version Control Systems : Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration.

Security Practices : Knowledge of cloud security best practices and implementing security measures in cloud environments.
