You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services and APIs that drive our core systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications usingJava / Core Java . Build and managemicroservicesusingSpring Bootarchitecture. Develop and integrateRESTful APIsfor seamless communication across systems. Work withKafkafor event-driven architecture and real-time data streaming. Design and optimize database schemas and queries usingPostgreSQLandMQL . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver sustainable solutions. Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security standards. Work onLinuxenvironments for development and deployment activities. Apply stronglogical reasoningandanalytical problem-solvingskills to complex technical challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications 5–8 yearsof proven experience inJava Backend Development . Strong knowledge ofCore Java ,Spring Boot , andMicroservices Architecture . Hands-on experience withKafkafor messaging and data streaming. Familiarity withtelecom and networkingdomain concepts. Expertise inREST APIdevelopment and integration. Strong experience inPostgreSQLandMQL(Mongo Query Language or similar). Proficiency withLinuxcommand-line and system-level operations. Solid understanding ofobject-oriented design ,data structures , andalgorithmic problem solving . Stronglogical thinking ,analytical , anddebuggingskills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Good to Have Experience withcontainerizationtools likeDockerandKubernetes . Exposure tocloud environmentssuch as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity withCI/CD pipelinesand DevOps practices. Experience inTelecom OSS/BSS systemsornetwork managementapplications.
