The team is expanding rapidly in Pune, and they are looking for senior backend experts to join their mission.Job Description- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications using Spring Boot - Build and optimize RESTful APIs for high performance and scalability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps) for end-to-end delivery - Write clean, efficient, testable code adhering to best practices - Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues - Work with RDBMS databases for data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning - Integrate backend services with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus - Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to solution improvementsMandatory SkillsCore Java, Spring BootREST API DevelopmentStrong understanding of OOPs, Design Patterns, Microservices ArchitectureHands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / any RDBMS)Good to Have / Strong Plus- Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus - GraphQL exposure - Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) - Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelinesImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying)Do NOT apply if:- You have less than 8 years of hands-on Java backend development experience - You lack Spring Boot or REST API development expertise - You cannot attend a Face-to-Face Interview in Pune on 22nd November - You are not willing to work from Pune (Kharadi) - You have experience only in support, testing, frontend, or non-Java rolesApply ONLY if you meet ALL the mandatory criteria above.Irrelevant / mismatched applications will not be processed.
