Panvisage Systems Private Limited is involved in various lines of business (divisions), including consulting (Mavengigs India), etc.


Mavengigs India is involved in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Transformations; focused on assisting clients and partners with their strategic M&A and Transformation initiatives by providing expert resources to expand their capacity and capabilities.  We are currently focused on US and Indian markets, with plans to expand to Europe.


This requirement is for the position of Program Manager for M&A and Transformation, specifically to support for Mavengigs consulting business to support our US and European clients. This requirement is a contract position (hourly), with details listed below.


Preference will be given for great communication, high energy / drive, relevant skills and experience. Looking for significant M&A and/or Transformation knowledge and experience, and experience working with international clients.


All work is to be done during US work hours (PST), which is India night shift.

Terms and Conditions:


Work Hours: Based on project engagements; US work hours (depending on client HQ location); generally, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week; with flexibility as required.


Travel: This is a remote position working from India. Specific requirement to travel for occasional in-person meetings as required to meet client executives; Reasonable travel expenses will be paid based on actuals.


Expenses: Company may decide to pay additional expenses, as required, to support the optimal execution of work.

Key Responsibilities – Program Manager:

·      Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple projects.

·      Develop program strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

·      Monitor program progress and performance, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.

·      Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

·      Foster strong client relationships and manage client expectations.

·      Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.

·      Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams.

·      Allocate resources effectively and manage team performance

·      Identify, assess, and manage program risks.

·      Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

·      Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

·      Develop and manage program budgets.

·      Track and report financial performance, ensuring programs are delivered within budget.

·      Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial controls.

·      Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

·      Ensure programs adhere to established methodologies and frameworks.

·      Continuously seek ways to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
