We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage and monitor inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management and cycle count processes, along with the ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve inventory variances effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee inventory and cycle count activities.

Conduct RCA to identify causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory accuracy.

Generate and analyze data-driven reports using Excel.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of inventory and cycle count processes.

Proven ability to perform effective RCA and resolve discrepancies.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Highly data-oriented with strong analytical skills.
