This role demands a visionary thinker with deep domain expertise, strong techno-functional capabilities, and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping go-to-market strategies, crafting differentiated solutions, and enabling business growth through strategic customer engagements.Key Responsibilities :Solution & Offering Development : Drive the design/evolution of AI-led technology and BPaaS solutions for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC. Industry & Technology Trend Monitoring : Track and align with HCLS industry and emerging technology trends to identify and position relevant solutions and offerings. Thought Leadership : Develop thought leadership POV, white papers, etc., represent the organization in industry forums, contribute to building a strong vertical brand presence. Customer Engagements : Lead customer meetings / workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, position / co-develop solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in. Partner & Analyst Engagement : Work closely with partners, analysts, and sales teams to execute GTM strategies including joint solutioning and expand market reach. GTM Strategy & Marketing : Define/refine go-to-market strategies and lead marketing efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.Role Competency :15+ yearsof overall industry experience, including: 10+ years in the healthcare domain, specifically in theUS health insurance (payer)segment. Proven experience/expertise in: Payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscape Business analysis, solutioning, conceptualizing / driving AI-led techno-functional solutions BPaaS engagements for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models Preferably, strong track record in presales, GTM execution, and stakeholder managementSoft skills: Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and innovation orientation Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to interface with prospects, partners, analysts, and internal teams across geographies Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
