Title- Healthcare AI Solution ArchitectExperience- 15+ years Location- Greater Noida, 5 days work from officeWe are looking for a seasonedHealthcare AI Solution Architectwith over 15 years of industry experience, including 8+ years in AI/ML and at least 3 years in theUS health insurance/payer domain. The ideal candidate will lead thedesign, implementation, optimization, and governanceof AI/ML solutions tailored to healthcare and payer use cases, ensuring compliance withHIPAAand other relevant regulations. This is a strategic role requiring deep technical expertise, domain knowledge, and leadership capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Architect and deliverend-to-end AI/ML solutionsfor healthcare and payer use cases. ApplyMLOps methodologiesto streamline model lifecycle management. LeverageCognitive AI techniquesincluding NLP, Computer Vision, Speech, and Conversational AI. Develop and implementDocument AIandGenerative AIsolutions, including custom LLMs. Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions intocloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP). Maintainrobustness, scalability, and reliabilityof production-grade ML systems. Providetechnical leadership and mentorshipto AI/ML teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition prototypes into scalable products. Prepare comprehensive documentation for architecture, design, and implementation.Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:8+ years in AI/ML, with3+ years in healthcare/payer AI. Proven expertise inAI, ML, MLOps, Text Analytics, Generative AI. Strong programming skills inPython and Java. Experience with ML frameworks:TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn. Hands-on with cloud platforms:AWS, Azure, GCP. Proficient in ML architectures:Ensemble Models, SVM, CNN, RNN, Transformers. NLP tools:NLTK, SpaCy, Gensim. MLOps tools:Kubeflow, MLflow, Azure ML. Experience inResponsible AI,LangChain, andVector Databases. Workflow tools:Airflow. Microservices architecture and API development usingFastAPI, Flask, Django. Database expertise:SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, Postgres, Neo4j).Desirable Skills: Degree inStatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD). Experience withstatistical and data mining techniques: GLM, Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, etc. Advanced ML algorithms:clustering, decision trees, neural networks, simulation, scenario analysis. Experience withR, Pythonfor statistical computing. Contributions toopen-source AI/ML projectsor published research. Data visualization tools:Matplotlib, ggplot. Exposure toBig Data platforms: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka. Strongproblem-solving,collaboration, andcommunicationskills. Architect-level certificationsare a plus.
