Role Summary :

We are looking for a strong DevOps Engineer who can take ownership of our infrastructure roadmapscaling our platform across clouds and regions, managing Kubernetes operations, optimizing costs, and integrating customer environments with ours.

Currently, OneLens is deployed on AWS (Mumbai region). Our roadmap includes expanding to multiple regions and clouds (GCP and Azure), while continuing to support customer-facing integrations in their AWS and Kubernetes environments.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, efficiency, security, and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Infrastructure & Scaling :

- Extend OneLens deployment to multi-region and multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)

- Design and maintain scalable, highly available Kubernetes infrastructure (EKS, GKE)

- Implement observability, backup, and failover strategies

DevOps Automation :

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines across environments

- Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Helm, etc.

- Automate operational tasks for deployments, upgrades, monitoring, and maintenance

Security, Compliance & Cost Efficiency :

- Implement guardrails for secure cloud operations and access management

- Identify and drive cost optimization improvements in infrastructure. Tune Karpenter and Keda for optimal efficiency.

- Support compliance and audit requirements

Customer Cloud Integration :

- Integrate OneLens with customer cloud environments (primarily AWS and Kubernetes)

- Build tools and scripts for secure, scalable onboarding of customer infrastructure

- Support engineering teams in troubleshooting and custom integration needs

Requirements :

- 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience across cloud infrastructure and automation

- Strong expertise in AWS (compute, storage, networking, IAM, cost management)

- Solid experience with Kubernetes (preferably EKS or GKE)

- Experience with CI/CD toolchains (GitHub Actions, GitLab, etc.)

- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation, etc.)

- Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or Go

- Hands-on experience configuring and tuning Karpenter provisioners: defining provisioner constraints, node templates, and consolidation settings.

- Strong background creating and tuning KEDA resources

- Familiarity with GCP is a plus; Azure exposure is a bonus

- Excellent debugging, communication, and collaboration skills
