One of our early-stage Fintech portfolio companies is growing rapidly, and they are looking for a Head of Operations & Delivery to build, scale, and lead a robust, high-performance service delivery function from the ground up. ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute the blueprint for a cost-effective, high-performance delivery functionDevelopment of a scalable hub-and-spoke operational model across IndiaBuild and manage a low-cost, high-performance delivery team that can scale rapidlyTake full ownership of defining the appropriate business model and operating procedures Lead the growth of the team, managing and mentoring a 150+ member operations team across 15+ cities by the end of the next financial yearChampion a tech and data-led approach to operations, leveraging AI and automationEstablish strict controls and audit mechanisms to ensure process integrity and service quality Act as the local face of the company, building and managing critical working relationships with banking and financial partners at the local and regional levelsQualifications & Experience8+ years of experience in Operations Management, Service Delivery, or Field OperationsPrior experience doing this in a Fintech environment would be a huge advantageProven track record of building and managing scaled operations teams across multiple citiesDeep expertise in process design and optimization Demonstrated ability to be results-driven and aggressive in achieving targets Exceptional leadership and communication skills,Must be comfortable taking ownership of P&L and efficiency KPIs for the entire delivery functionPlease apply to this role directly on .
