Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled L3 Aruba Switching and Wireless Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Aruba network infrastructure. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and performance tuning to ensure a secure and efficient network environment.Key Responsibilities:- Configure, Troubleshoot and manage Aruba switches and wireless solutions. - Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex network issues. - Optimize network performance using Aruba Central, ClearPass. - Implement security policies and best practices for network infrastructure. - Lead network upgrade projects and integration initiatives. - Develop and maintain network documentation and best practice guidelines. - Act as an L3 escalation point for critical wireless network issues. - Diagnose and resolve complex Wi-Fi performance, connectivity, and security issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot wired/wireless integration problems. - Configure and maintain Aruba ClearPass for AAA, 802.1X authentication, and policy enforcement. - Implement security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC) and encryption protocols.Requirements:- Expertise in ArubaOS, AirWave, ClearPass, and Aruba Central. - Strong knowledge of advanced network protocols, VLANs, and security principles. - Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. - Aruba certifications (ACSP, ACMP, ACCP) preferred.
