Our skilled team delivers intelligent applications tailored to specific business challenges, using AI and Generative AI (GenAI) to accelerate innovation.Key strengths include :- AI & GenAI Focus Harnessing AI and Generative AI to deliver smarter solutions.- Scalable Tech Stack Building future-ready systems for performance and resilience.- Proven Enterprise Experience Deploying solutions across industries and geographies.Key Responsibilities :- Act as a bridge between clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure business needs are translated into functional requirements.- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.- Prepare BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, UX, Product Owners) to ensure clarity in requirements.- Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and backlog grooming sessions.- Support solution design, impact analysis, and system enhancements with clear Skills & Qualifications :- Experience : 2- 5 years as a Business Analyst in IT Services / Product Engineering.- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.- Hands-on experience in preparing BRD, FRD, Wireframes, Process Maps, and User Stories.- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Exposure to product engineering, AI/GenAI-driven applications, or cloudnative solutions is a plus.- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.- Tools : JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio / Lucidchart, Figma (for :- Experience : 2- 5 years.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.Place of Work : In Office BangaloreJob Type : Full Time (ref:hirist.tech)
