Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Development Consultant, who will be a part of the Salesforce team.

Experience :

- Hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience, including Apex classes, triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Aura, LWC components and declarative tools like flows, validation rules, and approval processes.

- Proficient in managing Salesforce user access and security, including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and public groups to enforce security protocols and data compliance.

- Skilled in customizing the Salesforce Lightning platform, including managing custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Lightning App Builder, and compact layouts to enhance user productivity.

- Expertise in designing and refactoring business workflows, transitioning from process builders and workflow rules to flows, improving automation and maintainability.

- Experience in building and optimizing Salesforce UI, including creating Lightning components, quick actions, related lists, and optimized page layouts for better user experience.

- Proficient in data management and integrity, ensuring clean data imports and exports using tools like Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and Salesforce Inspector, while implementing deduplication and validation techniques.

- Skilled in creating and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards.

- Experienced in deploying Salesforce components using CI/CD pipelines, including Azure DevOps, ensuring streamlined and efficient deployment processes from branches to different regions.

- Strong understanding of change management in Salesforce, managing sandbox environments for development, testing, and deployment, while maintaining robust change tracking.

- Knowledgeable in email communication setup, including creating email templates, managing deliverability settings, and optimizing marketing and operational communications.

- Familiar with Agile methodologies ensuring effective collaboration in team environments while delivering iterative, client-focused solutions.

- Demonstrated ability to design complex sharing models, including organization-wide defaults, sharing rules, and manual sharing to ensure data privacy and compliance.

- Experience troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce functionality issues, including login access policies, security settings, and custom configurations.
