Who are we looking for?
The Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant meets maintainable and scalable customer business requirements and contributes to a customer's long-term success. Candidates should have broad knowledge of Data Cloud and its capabilities, ranging from positioning Data Cloud and its business value, to designing and implementing Data Cloud solutions for customers.

Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain data models, data flows, and integration processes within Salesforce.
Perform data analysis and data quality assessments to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for data management and integration.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on Salesforce Data Cloud functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and data quality.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud features and enhancements.

Technical Skills:
Primary Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with a focus on Data Cloud.
Overall

8-10+

years in Salesforce and should have

1-3+

years of experience implementing and working with data strategy and data modeling, including building multiple solutions across Salesforce clouds.
Should have 1+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud Similar Customer Data Platform (CDP) solution.
Typically has experience in development, strategy, business analysis, pre-sales solutioning, or architecture.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data management best practices
Strong expertise in data segmentation, audience creation, and data-driven marketing strategies

Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, APIs (REST/SOAP), and ETL processes for data integration and management.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing, Cloud File Storage, B2C Commerce, Marketing cloud Personalization, Ingestion API, Web and mobile SDK and MuleSoft integration with Salesforce Data Cloud(optional)
Experience with data governance, data privacy, and GDPR compliance in data-related solutions.
Knowledge of AI-driven analytics and Predictive Intelligence features in Salesforce Data Cloud.
Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Administrator, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Process Skills:
Knowledge of agile scrum development lifecycles along with modern quality engineering practices

Behavioral Skills:
Creative and effective in oral and written communication, ability to communicate with all stakeholders in distributed teams
Excellent analytic approach and problem-solving technique
Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment

Certification:
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Data Architect is a plus
Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud consultant are a plus.
