Manager - Sales Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends.

- Assign leads and territories effectively.

- Provide ongoing coaching and support to help team members develop their skills and knowledge.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales environment.

Business Development & Client Management:

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the elevator and escalator industry.

- Develop and manage strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

- Represent Hybon Elevators professionally at industry events and client meetings.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

- Analyze market data to identify sales opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capitalize on market Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably within the elevator and escalator industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Experience in developing and implementing sales plans and strategies.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.

- Bachelor/ masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
