About Biz Staffing ComradeBiz Staffing Comrade is a leading recruitment consultancy specializing in permanent hiring for Product Engineering organizations.We work with top product companies and fast-growing tech startups to build strong engineering teams across India and globally.We also drive industry conversations through exclusive roundtable events and thought leadership forums that bring together CTOs, TA Heads, and Business Leaders.About the RoleWe are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Lead, someone who can help us bring in new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and represent Biz Staffing Comrade in the tech hiring ecosystem.This role is about building credibility, relationships, and influence in the product engineering community.You'll work closely with the Founder and senior leadership team to identify new opportunities, host and engage with industry leaders, and drive strategic growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in Product Engineering and HR functions. - Drive new client acquisitions through consultative conversations and networking. - Understand client needs deeply and position Biz Staffing's capabilities effectively. - Stay updated on market and hiring trends — and use that knowledge in discussions and content. - Represent Biz Staffing in roundtable events, webinars, and client meetings. - Invite senior leaders to roundtable events and occasionally moderate sessions. - Work closely with the founder on thought leadership, partnerships, and brand visibility. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from business development to delivery.What We're Looking For- 5 to 15 years of overall experience, preferably in Recruitment, HR Consulting, or B2B Sales for tech clients. - Someone who understands how Product & Engineering hiring works. - Excellent communication and presentation skills — both one-on-one and in group settings. - Strong relationship-building ability; comfortable with senior stakeholders. - Curious, well-read, and aware of current tech & hiring trends. - Event-friendly personality — enjoys connecting people, hosting, or even moderating. - Professional, articulate, and self-driven personality with a collaborative mindset.Why Join Us- Opportunity to work directly with the Founder and leadership team. - Play a visible role in shaping Biz Staffing's growth story and industry presence. - Represent a respected recruitment brand known for its work with top-tier clients. - Work in a people-first, entrepreneurial environment that values initiative and ideas.
