Job Description :

As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer / Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications. You will work on both front-end and back-end technologies, utilizing your expertise in Core Java, Microservices, ReactJS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to build scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and Development : Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance web applications using Core Java and ReactJS.

- Microservices : Architect and implement microservices-based solutions to enhance the modularity and scalability of applications.

- Cloud Integration : Utilize GCP services for cloud-based deployments, data storage, and processing to optimize application performance and scalability.

- Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Problem Solving : Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and integrate them into our development processes where appropriate.

- Mentorship : Provide guidance and support to junior developers, assisting with their professional growth and development.

Required Skills :

- Experience : 5+ to 12 years of professional experience in full stack development with a strong focus on Core Java, Microservices, and ReactJS.

- Core Java : Proficiency in Core Java, including object-oriented programming, exception handling, and multithreading.

- Microservices : Extensive experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.

- ReactJS : Strong skills in front-end development using ReactJS, including experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).

- GCP : Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and Big Query.

- Tools & Technologies : Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Maven), and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Additional Qualifications :

- Experience with additional front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
