JobDescription: We are seeking ahighly skilled Full Stack Developer with 68 years of experience.The ideal candidate will support backend development for our mobileapplications and lead the management of both frontend and backenddevelopment ensuring highquality deliverables. This role requires aproactive individual who is eager to learn grow and take onleadership responsibilities within our startupenvironment.
Roleand Responsibilities: Designdevelop and maintain highquality scalable and performant CRMapplications using React js and Node.js Develop and manage the backend infrastructure ensuring seamlessintegration with mobile applications. Leadthe development and delivery of frontend and backend solutionsensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsincluding designers product managers and other developers todeliver highquality products. Ensure codequality best practices and performance optimization. Implement and manage MySQL databasesensuring data integrity and security. Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of qualityand continuous improvement. Utilize CI/CDpipelines for smooth deployment and efficient development cycles. Document development processes code andtechnical specifications. Provide technicalleadership and make informed decisions on architecture andtechnology stack. Troubleshoot debug andresolve any issues that arise in the development lifecycle. Stay up to date with the latest industrytrends and technologies.
RequiredSkills: 68 years ofprofessional experience as a full stackdeveloper. Strong proficiency in React jsand Node.js. Solid experience with MySQLdatabase management. Expertise indeveloping and managing RESTful APIs. Indepth knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS AzureGoogle Cloud) is an added advantage. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLabCI/CD). Strong understanding of versioncontrol systems (e.g. Git). Excellentproblemsolving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and leadershipskills. Experience with mobile backendintegration. Ability to manage and lead adevelopment team ensuring timely delivery of projects. Strong organizational and projectmanagement skills. Experience with frontendand backend performance optimization.
AdditionalExperience: Knowledge ofserverless architecture and functions. Proficiency in GraphQL and its integration with React js andNode.js. Familiarity with Docker andcontainer orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Experience with microservices architecture. Understanding of DevOps practices andtools. Knowledge of security best practicesin CRM and mobile applications. Experiencewith realtime data handling and WebSockets. Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Firebase. Understanding of UX/UI principles andability to collaborate with designers. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Passion for fitness and an understanding of the impact of diet andnutrition on consumerhealth.
