Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the overall creative vision and strategy.

Lead and mentor a talented team of creatives, including 2d designers, 3d designers and AutoCAD designers.

Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Translate client briefs into groundbreaking and impactful experiential marketing designs.

Oversee all aspects of the creative process, from ideation to execution.

Ensure all creative work aligns with Tantraa’s brand identity and client objectives.

Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new and emerging technologies to integrate into experiences.

Collaborate with other departments, such as client servicing and production, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Represent Tantraa at industry events and conferences.

Able to hire and nurture talent.

Building an environment for the creative team to work in and overseeing their ideas and projects.

Taking responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of output across the agency or department.

Overseeing several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presented.

Liaising with clients to keep them informed and to highlight any issues.

Understanding the commercial aspects of the agency.

Post Graduation/Graduation


Skills Required

Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics, typography, and colour theory.

Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative vision with the ability to think outside the box and push the boundaries of traditional design concepts. A passion for exploring new techniques and technologies in design.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
