Overview:The Marketing Functional Consultant Data Governance Information Management Business Intelligence in Sales and Marketing plays a critical role in ensuring the effective use of data and technology to drive marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to implement data governance best practices information management solutions and business intelligence tools to empower the marketing function.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand data governance needs
  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies
  • Lead information management initiatives to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Provide expertise in business intelligence tools and techniques
  • Guide the integration of data governance principles into marketing processes
  • Support the design and implementation of data quality monitoring and reporting
  • Conduct training sessions to educate marketing teams on data governance best practices
  • Participate in the selection and deployment of data management and BI solutions
  • Advise on regulatory compliance related to marketing data
  • Provide ongoing support for data governance and BI implementation
  • Collaborate with IT teams to address data management and governance issues
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data governance and BI
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Information Management or related field
  • Proven experience in data governance within a marketing or consulting environment
  • Expertise in information management principles and practices
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar
  • Strong understanding of marketing data and analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to marketing data
  • Experience in conducting training and workshops
  • Problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
  • Project management skills with a focus on delivering results
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Certifications in data governance or business intelligence is a plus
