About the Role:

The Senior Functional Consultant will play a key role in the implementation of Vistex's cloud offering, Go-to-Market Suite. This individual will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and implementing Vistex GTMS modules. They will also be responsible for gathering client business requirements, preparing design documents, and maintaining effective communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure Vistex GTMS modules to meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement Vistex GTMS solutions, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and forms.
  • Provide remote consulting services to customers implementing Vistex products and solutions, including on-site team coordination.
  • Conduct QA reviews, project scope reviews, and evaluate design processes.
  • Configure Vistex GTMS solutions as per design, ensuring a clear understanding of Vistex software functionality.
  • Implement end-to-end GTMS modules, such as rebates, incentives, chargebacks, billbacks, and rights & royalties.
  • Responsible for creating and executing functional unit test and system integration test scripts.
  • Follow solution delivery best practices and ensure delivery quality.
  • Responsible for support and training business users, as well as conducting user acceptance testing.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.
  • Collaborate with the technical team on development tasks and technical issues.
  • Coordinate deliverables with associate functional consultants.
  • Continuously improve skillset on GTMS business processes.
  • Work on various system migration activities.
  • Train and mentor associate functional consultants.
  • Flexible to travel to customer offices to provide Vistex expertise.
  • Create white papers, process improvements, and presentations.
