• Labor cost and efficiency trends
• Support integration of Clairvia with EHR systems to enable accurate shift handoffs and real-time visibility for clinical staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Cerner Clairvia or other nurse staffing systems.
• Experience working in hospital operations or a healthcare environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing workflows and policy alignment.
• Skilled in data analysis, generating actionable insights from scheduling and staffing metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
