Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executiveto drive client acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, and closing business opportunities across IT services and solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong client-facing abilities, and a results-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and prospect new business opportunities throughLinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other platforms . Conductproduct and service demostailored to client requirements. Leadclient meetings (virtual and in-person) , build strong relationships, and manage stakeholder expectations. Prepare and submit proposals,apply for tenders , and participate in RFP/RFQ processes. Develop and maintain a robustsales pipelineto meet revenue targets. Collaborate with the technical team to design customised solutions for clients. Monitor market trends, analyse competitors, and recommendbusiness growth strategies . Drive brand visibility through active networking and professional platforms.Requirements Minimum2+ years of proven experiencein business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT/Technology services). Strong background inB2B lead generationvia LinkedIn Navigator, freelancing portals (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.), and tender participation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to independently handle client meetings and demos. Strong analytical and proposal writing skills.
