We are seeking an experienced Embedded Technology Project Manager to lead and deliver cutting-edge embedded systems projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and leadership skills to oversee the design, development, and integration of embedded firmware and hardware systems. This role is responsible for end-to-end project management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant embedded solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Embedded Systems Strategy & Execution

• Define, drive, and implement strategic roadmaps for embedded software and hardware development.
• Oversee the seamless integration of embedded technologies into next-generation products.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices (e.g., ISO 26262, MISRA).

Firmware & Software Development Management

• Lead cross-functional teams in the development of embedded firmware using Embedded C/C++, RTOS, and middleware frameworks.
• Drive expertise in communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, USB, UART, CAN, and industrial standards like BLE, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, TCP/IP.
• Promote robust design practices using SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, and Object-Oriented Programming Concepts (OOPC).
• Oversee debugging, validation, and configuration management processes.

Project & Resource Management

• Manage project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Allocate and optimize team resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Monitor project risks, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams, customers, and executive leadership.
• Mentor and guide project engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
• Conduct regular status reviews and technical presentations for stakeholders.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and cybersecurity standards across all embedded projects.
• Maintain documentation required for audits and regulatory approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of embedded systems architecture, microcontrollers, real-time operating systems, and hardware-software co-design.
• Project Management: Proficient with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and agile project delivery methodologies.
• Leadership & Team Building: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large technical teams across multiple disciplines.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to drive innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
• Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical ideas to varied audiences.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
• Certifications (preferred): PMP Certification, Scrum Master Certification, Functional Safety certifications (ISO 26262) would be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience delivering products in industrial automation domain.
