Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Field Service Coordinator at Mashmari Consultants Pvt Ltd in Ambala, with flexibility for remote work. The Field Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating field service activities including customer needs analysis, site surveys, soution deployment, acceptance and delivering exceptional customer services and operations ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
Experience and Qualifications
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or related field
- Demonstrable five years experience in Field Service and Customer Support for a technology company with ready customer references
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Self motivated and high energy individual who delivers results by diligent, conscientious and hard work
