GFSS Record to Report - Team Lead


The GFSS Record to Report :


- Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS 15, and ASC606 standards.


- This role involves revenue recognition, financial analysis, and ensuring accurate and timely monthly reporting.


- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial and accounting principles, and the ability to manage and guide a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

RTR Process Management :

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end Record to Report process.

- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS 15, and ASC606 standards.

- Handle revenue recognition and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Financial Analysis & Reporting :

- Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting.

Team Management :

- Lead and manage the RTR team, providing guidance and support.

- Ensure efficient team operations and foster a collaborative team environment.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Compliance & Controls :

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

- Implement and maintain strong internal controls.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Stakeholder Management :

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.

Continuous Improvement :

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and standards.

Must-Have Skills :

- Record to Report (RTR)

Qualifications :

- CA Qualified

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in RTR and financial reporting.

- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
