We are looking for a highly skilled Flutter Developer with strong expertise in building modern, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dart, Flutter, Firebase, and API integrations. If you are passionate about crafting efficient, user-friendly apps and optimizing performance for large-scale usage, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.- Build scalable and responsive UIs leveraging Flutters widget system.- Integrate and manage Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Push Notifications).- Collaborate with backend teams for integrating Node.js APIs, WebSockets, and third-party services.- Implement offline-first capabilities, caching, and local storage solutions.- Ensure applications adhere to modern architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).- Optimize app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness for large-scale user bases.- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments.- Work on secure data handling, payment gateways, and financial API integrations when required.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.- Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in Flutter development.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 25 years of experience in mobile app development with a focus on Flutter (mandatory).- Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutters widget ecosystem.- Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Push Notifications).- Familiarity with Node.js APIs, WebSockets, and integrating third-party services.- Strong understanding of app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).- Experience with caching, local storage, and offline-first mobile applications.- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with a focus on performance optimization.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.- Exposure to fintech applications, payment gateways, financial APIs, or secure data handling is a plus.Preferred Qualifications :- Hands-on experience with app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Strong knowledge of performance monitoring tools and mobile analytics.
