Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment efforts for non-IT positions within the organization, including roles in areas such as administration, finance, operations, and customer service.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates, utilizing a variety of channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and selection.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on recruitment activity, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in non-IT recruitment, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior or lead recruitment role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices for non-technical roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in recruitment or human resources management is a plus.

  • Non-IT Recruitment: Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, attracting, and selecting candidates for non-technical roles.
  • Relationship Building: Building and maintaining effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR colleagues.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and sourcing plans.
  • Communication: Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing recruitment metrics and trends to inform decision-making and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in recruitment within the Non IT Sectors.
