We are seeking a Lifestyle Manager to oversee the daily operations and activities within ASBL

projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and extensive experience in

event management. This role is crucial in fostering a vibrant, engaging, and cohesive

community atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities:

● Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, including social

gatherings, festivals, cultural activities, and fitness programs to enhance community

engagement.

● Resident Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve resident

interaction and satisfaction. Address resident concerns and requests promptly and

professionally.

● Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with various vendors, including sports, kids, lifestyle,

and health vendors, to ensure high-quality services and amenities for residents.

● Community Communications: Prepare and disseminate communication materials,

such as newsletters, event invitations, and updates through the ASBL Living app and

other channels.

● Budget Management: Manage budgets for community activities and amenities,

ensuring cost-effective use of resources while delivering high-quality services.

● Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze resident feedback to continuously improve the

quality of services and community activities.

● Collaboration: Work closely with the facility management team and other departments

to ensure seamless community operations.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving



Qualifications:

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a

related field.

● Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3

years in event management.
