Position:People Growth Partner Location:Juinagar, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office) Employment Type:Full-time Working Days:Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) About the Role We are looking for a driven HR professional who thrives on finding and onboarding the right talent. You’ll handle theentire recruitment process end-to-end —from understanding team requirements to ensuring smooth onboarding. This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, enjoys challenges, and wants to directly contribute to company growth. As the company expands,additional HR responsibilities may be added , giving you the opportunity to grow into a broader HR role. Key Responsibilities Manage thefull recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. Work closely with department heads to define role requirements and draft job descriptions. Source potential candidates using multiple channels — LinkedIn, job portals, college tie-ups, and referrals. Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers. Manage candidate communication, offer negotiation, and joining formalities. Maintain and update hiring trackers, ensuring timely closure of open roles. Build atalent pipelinefor future hiring and internship programs. Partner with colleges and institutions for fresher and intern hiring. Support general HR operations such as maintaining employee databases and onboarding activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience inend-to-end recruitment , preferably in a startup or tech environment. Excellent communication, organization, and people skills. Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). A proactive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. What You’ll Get Ownership of the hiring process and direct impact on team building.
