Job Title :SAP Central Finance (CFIN) ConsultantLocation :- Hyderabad, India (On-site/Hybrid as applicable)Experience Required :- 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 3-5 years in SAP Central Finance (CFIN)Job Summary :We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant to lead or support implementation, integration, and maintenance of SAP CFIN solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP FICO, SLT, AIF, and Central Payment, with a solid understanding of S/4HANA architecture and financial data replication.Key Roles and Responsibilities : Implementation & Integration :- Lead or support end-to-end SAP CFIN implementation projects- Analyze source systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, non-SAP) and design integration into CFIN- Configure SLT (System Landscape Transformation) for real-time replication- Set up Application Interface Framework (AIF) for error handling and monitoring- Enable and configure Central Payments, Central Reporting, and Master Data Governance (MDG) Design & Configuration :- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional design documents- Configure SAP FICO modules in alignment with Central Finance processes- Design financial document mapping and manage document splitting, cost object mapping, etc.- Define and implement value mapping, key mapping, and cost object mapping Testing & Go-live Support :- Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)- Support cutover activities, go-live preparation, and post-go-live hypercare Operations & Support :- Monitor data replication, error logs, and system performance post go-live- Resolve issues related to financial replication, AIF errors, and data mismatches- Work closely with finance stakeholders, SAP Basis, and technical teams- Maintain solution documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams Project Collaboration :- Work within Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project environments- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FICO, MDG, SLT, and reporting- Communicate with business leaders and present status updates and issue resolutionsRequired Skills & Qualifications :- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN)- Solid background in SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, CO, AA, COPA) modules- Experience with SAP SLT, AIF, Central Payments, and MDG- Strong understanding of intercompany processing, tax, reconciliation, and reporting- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Skills :- SAP S/4HANA certification (FICO or CFIN)- Experience with multi-entity, global SAP rollouts- Knowledge of SAP Group Reporting, BPC, or Embedded Analytics- Exposure to non-SAP source systems integratio (ref:hirist.tech)
